I am recommanding a light weight, easy to use remote desktop software, TeamViewer. It instantly take control over a computer anywhere on the Internet, even through firewalls(eg. @office behind Proxy or @school behind firewall). No installation required, just use it fast and secure. Also, it available for multiple platforms, from Windows to Apple Mac OS X.

This program is also good for technical support to my friends and sometime let me access my home computer from office. Here’s some step by step screen-shot of how to using this software.

1. Once you download, double clicks to open the software.

2. Select Run if you do not want to install.

3. Check the box “I accept the terms in the License Agreement”

4.You are done, If you are waiting for support, tell the ID and Password and wait for connection.
