    We supposed to meet up with Belinda on Sunday but unfortunately, she was not feeling well.  Therefore, I made a delicious pasta for our dinner.

    Here you go for the ingredient:

    Serve 4 – 6

    • Penne Mezzani Lisace    500g
    • Leggo’s Napoletana Pasta Sauce     575g  (add more if you want them to be more saucy)
    • 2 Fresh Tomatoes (cut into tiny pieces)
    • 10 – 15 Mushrooms (add more if you really like mushrooms)
    • 1 Onion (chopped)
    • 1 Regular BBQ Chicken (cut into small pieces)
    • Tasty Cheese (as many as you can afford but remember, they are fat)
    • Salt, Oil & Minced Garlic

    HOW?

    1. Boil Penne with some salt until they become soft, then put them under tap water for 30 seconds
    2. Add oil and garlic onto a frying pan, add onion, mushroom and tomatoes, then stir fry until they are cooked
    3. Add Penne and Napoletana Sauce and stir
    4. Pour them into a baking tray and mixed with BBQ Chicken
    5. Lastly, put Tasty Cheese onto the Pasta and bake until the cheese melt, DONE~~~~~~
